The Visual
FoxExpress Subscription Service is a win/win relationship
between F1 Technologies and developers working with Visual
FoxExpress. F1 Technologies wins by maintaining a single code
base for Visual FoxExpress, keeping all active customers on the
same version and by having a revenue stream that is less
dependent on the release of upgrades. Our Visual FoxExpress
customers win by establishing more of an on-going relationship
with our development staff, receiving updates more frequently
and with more new features, by becoming part of a growing and
active community of skilled developers and much more.
When you purchase
Visual FoxExpress you automatically receive a six month
subscription at no additional charge! The Visual FoxExpress
Subscription service includes full access to the Visual
FoxExpress areas of the F1
Technologies Customer Service Center. Through the Customer
Service Center you can download updates, upgrades and other
files related to Visual FoxExpress. The Customer Service Center
also allows you to post and review enhancement requests, bug
reports and knowledgebase articles. Currently the Visual
FoxExpress support forums are available outside of the Customer
Service Center, but in the future they also will only be
available through the Customer Service Center.
The Visual
FoxExpress Subscription Service, combined with the Customer
Service Center, makes using Visual FoxExpress more effective and
convenient for developers working with Visual FoxExpress and
allows F1 Technologies to provide updates, upgrades and support
services to its customers in a highly effective, cost-efficient
manner.

charge for a year of on-line support. When you consider the
costs typically associated with updates and upgrades, the other

Eliminate unknown upgrade and support

FoxExpress Subscription you will not incur any upgrade costs or
costs for on-line support for the duration of your
subscription. New versions of Visual FoxExpress are included
with the subscription service.

Current subscribers will receive
e-mail notification of available updates.

Updates to Visual FoxExpress will
be immediately available to current subscribers.
Automatic Access to Beta
Programs
Major new features, as well as
new versions of Visual FoxExpress may be posted as beta versions

upgrades in beta testing during the beta stage.

Technical Support Forums
Registered Visual FoxExpress
users with a current subscription will be provided with access
to the Visual FoxExpress Priority Technical Support Forums. The
Priority Technical Support Forms are monitored by our
developers.
Access to Knowledgebase
Current subscribers have access
to the Visual FoxExpress Knowledgebase. The Visual FoxExpress
Knowledgebase includes articles from the developers of Visual
FoxExpress as well as submissions from Visual FoxExpress users.
Access to Bug Tracking
and Enhancement Requests
Current subscribers have
unlimited access to the Bug Tracking and Enhancement Request
features of the Customer Service Center.

renew your subscription to continue to enjoy the benefits of the

What if I don't subscribe or my
subscription expires?
Visual FoxExpress
is offered on a subscription basis only. If you currently own
Visual FoxExpress and choose not to subscribe, the only way to
receive an update or upgrade to Visual FoxExpress will be to
purchase a subscription. All subscriptions will be cumulative,
so in effect, you could opt not to subscribe and still receive
all of the changes that have been made to Visual FoxExpress
since you purchased it or since your last subscription expired
as soon as you purchase a subscription.
If you choose not
to subscribe you will not receive updates or upgrades until the
time you renew your subscription and you will not have access to
technical support, the knowledge base, beta programs or any of
the other benefits of the subscription service. In order to
streamline our development processes and maintain a single code
base, we will not be posting or providing updates or upgrades
outside of the subscription service. This includes enhancements
as well as problems in the product that we correct.
Also, please note
that the product updates, regardless of when they were released,
are only available to registered users with a current
subscription.
The best way to
keep your version of Visual FoxExpress current, and to receive
all of the other benefits of the subscription service, is simply
to keep your subscription current.
If you are
registered for an F1 Technologies product but your subscription
has expired, you can still view the available downloads in the
Customer Service Center to see what you are missing.
Please note, under
no circumstances are subscription renewal purchases refundable.
