Applications with VFE
This course picks up where Visual FoxExpress Jump Start leaves off. As part of this
course students build an actual University course registration system.
In addition to expanding on the themes from the first class, this course will also
cover concepts such as :

Designing powerful view-based applications

Working around limitations of the View Designer and dealing
with issues specific to views.

Writing more advanced custom code and leveraging the power
of VFEs classes.

Designing many-to-many relationships.

Using business rule classes and field behavior classes

Handling complex relations between objects and using the
power of business objects for good OOP.

Using ActiveX controls as non-visual COM objects

Employing View Parameter containers

Subclassing from VFEs "i" Layer
This course is taught by Charles Hankey, a
Cleveland, Ohio based consultant and a long time aficionado of the FoxExpress product
line. Developers from F1 Technologies will also be available to answer questions during
the course.
